1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what information AIAllTools ("we", "us") collects when you use our website and online tools, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

Files you upload. When you use a tool, the file you choose is uploaded to our server so it can be processed. The original upload is deleted from our server as soon as processing finishes. The processed result is stored on our server so that you can download it. Our systems handle your files automatically, and we do not use them for any purpose other than producing the result you asked for.

Tool settings. The options and text you enter in a tool, such as a watermark text or a resize value, are stored with the request so the tool can run.

Usage logs. For each tool run we record which tool was used, the date and time, whether it succeeded, how long it took, your IP address and a session identifier. We use this to operate the service, prevent abuse and understand which tools are useful.

Accounts. If you create an account, we store your name, email address and a securely hashed password, together with your plan and usage.

Payments. AIAllTools does not currently charge for any tool, so we do not collect payment or card details. If paid features are ever introduced, this policy will be updated before any payment is taken.

Messages. If you email us, we keep your message and email address so we can reply.

Cookies. We use cookies to keep you signed in, protect forms from abuse and serve advertising. See our Cookie Policy for details.

3. Third-party services

File conversion. Some tools, including Office document conversions and text recognition (OCR), send your file to CloudConvert, a third-party file conversion service that processes it on our behalf. You can read how CloudConvert handles data at cloudconvert.com/privacy.

AI-powered text tools. Our text tools, such as the Text Summarizer, Grammar Fixer, Paragraph Rewriter, Tone Changer and Blog Intro Generator, send the text you enter to a third-party AI service so that it can generate the result. That service processes the text under its own terms and privacy policy. Please do not enter confidential, sensitive or personal information into these tools. AI-generated text can contain mistakes, so review it before you use it.

Advertising. We may show advertisements provided by Google AdSense and other ad partners. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and other sites on the internet. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info. 4. How we use information

We use the information above to run the tools you request, keep the service secure and prevent abuse, provide support, understand how the site is used so we can improve it, and meet legal obligations.

5. How long we keep information

Original uploads are deleted right after processing. Files and text produced by our tools are kept for about 24 hours so you can download them, and are then deleted automatically; a result can only be opened from the browser session (or account) that created it. Usage logs and account data are kept only as long as needed for the purposes described above.

6. Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by writing to us through our Contact page with the subject line "Privacy Request". You can control cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of personalized advertising using the links in section 3.

7. Security

Our website uses HTTPS and standard safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please avoid uploading files that contain information you are not comfortable sharing.

8. Children's privacy

Our website and tools are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page together with a new "Last updated" date.
