1. Acceptance of these terms

By using the website and tools of AIAllTools ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

We provide online tools for working with PDF files, images and text. All tools are currently free, and most do not require an account. We may change, limit or remove tools at any time.

3. Your files

You keep full ownership of the files you upload. You confirm that you have the right to upload and process them, and that doing so does not infringe anyone else's rights or break the law. You give us permission to process your files automatically for the sole purpose of producing the result you asked for. The original upload is deleted from our server once processing finishes, and the processed result is kept so that you can download it. Our Privacy Policy explains this in more detail.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload or process content that is illegal, or that infringes the copyright or other rights of others;
• upload malware, or use the tools to attack, overload or disrupt our servers or other users;
• use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access the tools in bulk without our permission;
• try to bypass usage limits, security measures or access restrictions;
• resell or redistribute our service without our written permission.

5. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. We do not currently charge for any tool. If we introduce paid features in the future, their price and billing terms will be shown before you pay.

6. Third-party services and advertising

Some tools rely on third-party services, such as a file conversion provider, to process your files. The site may also show advertising from third parties. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party services or advertisers. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

7. Results and availability

We work to make our tools accurate and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Results such as converted documents, compressed images or recognized text may contain errors or differ from the original. Please check the result before you rely on it, and keep a copy of your original files. See our Disclaimer.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access to the service for anyone who breaks these terms or misuses the tools. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
