Crop PDF

Trim the margins of every page in your PDF.

Crop PDF trims the margins of every page in a PDF. Use it to cut away white borders around a scan, remove a header or footer you do not need, or make a page fit a smaller layout.

You enter how much to trim from the top, right, bottom and left as a percentage of the page, from 0 to 49. The same trim is applied to every page, and the pages become smaller. The upload limit is 20 MB.

How to use Crop PDF

  1. Click the upload field and choose your PDF (up to 20 MB).
  2. Fill in Top, Right, Bottom and Left margin as percentages from 0 to 49.
  3. Press Generate and wait a few seconds.
  4. Download the cropped PDF and check several pages.

Tips for better results

  • All four fields are required, so type 0 for any side that you do not want to trim.
  • Start with small numbers such as 5 or 10 and look at the result before trimming more.
  • Cropping hides the trimmed area but is not a secure way to remove sensitive information, because the cut-off content may still exist in the file.

Frequently asked questions
