Extract Pages pulls the pages you choose out of a PDF and puts them into a brand new document. Use it when you only need a few pages of a long file, such as the signature page of a contract or one chapter of a report.
You type the page numbers you want, for example 1,3,5-7, and the tool builds a new PDF that contains only those pages. Your original file is not changed. The upload limit is 20 MB.
How to use Extract Pages
- Click the upload field and choose your PDF (up to 20 MB).
- In the Pages to Extract field, type the pages you want, for example 1,3,5-7.
- Press Generate and wait a few seconds.
- Download the new PDF and check that it has the right pages.
Tips for better results
- Separate single pages with commas and write a range with a dash, so 1,3,5-7 means pages 1, 3, 5, 6 and 7.
- Open the original first and note the page numbers, so you type the right ones.
- To keep most of a document and drop a few pages, the Delete Pages tool is quicker.
